SPEAKERS
Jeff Cohen, Partner, Troutman Sanders LLP - Jeff will be moderating the panel.

Jeanette Pablo, Director of Federal Affairs & Senior Climate Advisor, PNM Resources Inc. - Jeanette will be presenting Lessons Learned from the Intersection of Policy, Legislation, and Implementing Regulations for Renewable Energy: New Mexico as Case Study.

Jeff Burleson, Director of Resource Policy and Planning at Georgia Power Company - Jeff will provide an overview of renewable resource potential in Georgia, the Company’s renewable strategy and an overview of some of the specific renewable initiatives at Georgia Power.

William P. Marsan, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Indianapolis Power & Light Co. (IPL) - Bill will speak about renewable energy requirements in Indiana and IPL’s perspective on renewable energy. He will then focus on two issues in the news lately regarding renewable energy: feed-in tariffs and battery storage.
