K2M to Monitor Construction of Dogger Bank Offshore Wind Farm

K2 Management has been awarded the four-year construction monitoring contract on the first two phases of the world’s largest offshore wind farm development, Dogger Bank Wind Farm, which reached financial close in November.

The appointment comes on the back of a successful two-year Lender’s Technical Advisor role which saw K2 Management deliver technical advisory for lenders on behalf of project joint venture partners, SSE Renewables and Equinor. This will be the first wind farm in the world to install GE Renewable Energy’s 13MW Haliade-X turbine.
