USA - Report on Green Energy in the U.S.
Reportlinker has made available a new market research report related to the U.S. electric industry called "Green Energy in the U.S.: Renewable Investment, Capacity Growth and Future Outlook."
The report finds that renewable sources contributed approximately 9.5% to U.S. electric generation in 2006. In addition, the report notes that while U.S. electricity consumption is projected to increase 1.5% per year between 2005 and 2030, total renewables generation will decrease by 0.5% by 2030.
