California Needs More Diverse Electricity Mix

The American Wind Energy Association of California (AWEA-California) released this statement today on behalf of Director Danielle Osborn Mills, following this week’s rotating power outages in California.

“California's goal is to shift to 100% clean energy over the next 25 years while providing electricity safely, reliably, and affordably. Renewable energy has demonstrated for more than a decade that it can and will be able to meet all of these targets.
