Siemens Gamesa, supplier of 950 MW to Vattenfall at three offshore projects in Denmark
The company will install 113 SG 8.0-167 DD turbines at three offshore wind farms
Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy (SGRE) has been selected today by Vattenfall to supply close to 1 GW at three offshore wind power plants being developed in Danish waters. Specifically, the company has signed today an agreement with Vattenfall for the supply 72 SG 8.0-167 DD turbines at the Danish Kriegers Flak offshore wind project –with a total capacity of 600 MW. This will be the largest offshore wind power plant in the Baltic Sea.
