By the end of 2013, ENERCON has installed nearly 30,000 MW of gearless onshore wind power in Europe. It is the fourth largest wind turbine manufacturer in the world and has been the market leader in Germany since the mid-nineties.

ENERCON Managing Director, Hans-Dieter Kettwig has been appointed as Conference Chair of EWEA 2014 Annual Event. The conference programme comprises 30 sessions covering, business and policy, resource assessment, science and research, and hardware technology.
