Roxtec appoints exclusive distributor in Thailand

The management team of Roxtec Thailand Sealing System has been working closely with Roxtec Singapore for the last seven years. During this period, they have worked as non-exclusive distributor in Roxtec key segments such as onshore oil and gas, power, and infrastructure. The owner and Managing Director Mr Wiboonchai Phothiracha was selected for the exclusive appointment given his vision on Roxtec’s potential growth, his willingness to invest in the brand and the connection he has in major industries such as oil and gas.

Expecting major growth

In Thailand, there are sectors and industries that are expected to experience major growth. Among them are the manufacturing of cars and electric vehicles, tourism, including airports, metros, high-speed rails and advanced facilities for medical tourism, and the digital economy with telecom and data centers.

Expanding in local markets

The exclusive appointment enables Roxtec to get closer to local customers and provides an opportunity to expand into untapped local markets such as offshore oil and gas and marine. Additionally, it allows Roxtec to expand its network locally through the investment of the distributor.
