Ørsted starts largest ever apprenticeship recruitment campaign in the UK

Ørsted, the most sustainable European energy company, has opened applications for its wind turbine technician apprenticeships, for its East Coast wind farms.

Across the UK, Ørsted has had 54 wind turbine technician apprentices since starting its programme in 2017. All 14 apprentices who have completed their courses to date, are now full-time employees and working on Ørsted windfarms on both the East and West coasts. With 40 still training and 18 starting their apprenticeships in 2023. This announcement is for the first phase of 2023 applications for roles located on the East Coast.
