European Energy connects wind farm in Brazil to the grid
Ouro Branco I Wind Farm in the northeastern region of Brazil has been connected to the grid.
European Energy has connected the wind farm Ouro Branco I to the grid in the state of Pernambuco in the northeastern region of Brazil. The wind farm consists of 8 wind turbines with a capacity of 36 MW and has been under construction since 2021. "Ouro Branco I is a project that we are very proud of. We started the project in 2021 amidst the corona pandemic, and the timetable for the project has been followed quite nicely," says Thiago Arruda, head of Latin America in European Energy.
