The Annual General Meeting of Schaeffler AG, held virtually for the second year running, voted in favor of paying a dividend of 25 eurocents per common non-voting share, as compared with 45 eurocents in the prior year. That corresponds to a payout ratio of about 50 percent (as compared with about 43 percent in the prior year) of net income attributable to shareholders of the parent company before special items.
