Deutsche Windtechnik and psm WindService are joining forces – Merger with psm WindService at the turn of the year
After psm WindService GmbH & Co. KG became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deutsche Windtechnik this year, the two companies are taking things one step further at the turn of the year:
psm WindService GmbH & Co. KG will become fully owned by Deutsche Windtechnik X-Service GmbH on 01.01.2021 and cease to exist as an independent company. Since this process is simply a transfer of operations, all contracts will remain valid and automatically become the responsibility of Deutsche Windtechnik. As part of the merger, there will also be some changes in the management of psm WindService GmbH & Co.
