Siemens Gamesa Cuts Jobs in Denmark
Image: Siemens GamesaSiemens Gamesa recently announced the switch in production from direct drive wind turbines to onshore gear units. This is obviously having consequences.
According to German media outlet Handelsblatt, 600 jobs in production in Denmark will have to be cut. The factories in Brande (turbine construction) and Aalborg (rotor blade production) are affected.
