Sabowind erects another wind energy turbine
In spite of the restrictive renewable energy policy of the Saxon state government Sabowind succeeded in implementing another wind energy turbine again.
On 2nd July 2018 Sabowind as general contractor started with the construction works for a turbine of the type Vestas V117-3.3/3.45 in the community of Dennheritz in Saxony. The turbine has a hub height of 141.5 m and a total rated power of 3,450 kW and will provide clean energy to about 2,500 average households. In July, the roads and the crane pad are being realised. The erection of the turbine is planned for autumn. Thus, the commissioning can take place by the end of the year 2018 depending on the weather conditions.
