Electronic Torque Wrench E-Torc/A without reference arm

Microprocessor-controlled torque wrench to use in all areas of industrial manufacturing

Developed using the latest knowledge of fastener technology. In order to meet the very high standards of torque control and documentation of screwing processes, the E-Torc/A has been developed. The electronic hardware is accommodated in a robust, slim Aluminium housing. The holding tube of the bending bar is made of Carbon Fibre (from 10 N•m).

The simple and clear operation of the E-Torc/A and its very high measurement accuracy guarantee high precision fastening, the overload recognition with signal recognition a safe and reliable production. You can tighten single as well as several screwing with a number of varying parameters in series which will be automatically stored and documented in detail.

The microprocessor-controlled E-Torc/A is to be laid out with 5 models at a working range of 2 – 800 N•m for controlled bi-directional tightening. Its large working range and the different tool fittings as well as the rotatable housing (at 120°) with a clear LC graphic display enable flexible working.

The torque wrench is equipped with a bi-directional RS 232 series interface as connection to the PC or printer and a visual, acoustic and sensory signalling when the set torque is achieved. Its high measurement accuracy of +/- 1% and +/- 1° tolerance for all indicated values (+/- 1 Digit), enables the E-Torc/A an universal use in all areas of industrial manufacturing.

Optionally on request: the software of the E-Torc/A can be modified to customer’s approval (e.g. First movement, Yield point, loosening torque features, graphical evaluation of results). An optionally wireless transmitter e.g. via bluetooth or an infrared transmitter enable a comprehensive and complete documentation of the measured value. (Software integrated in the torque wrench)
