This week: FT Technologies celebrates 10 years in the Wind Turbine Industry

United Kingdom, 24.07.2012. Since then the industry has grown, turbines have grown and FT has grown in size and success.

In the last 10 years we have sold over 50,000 sensors and the FT702LT is now specified by 20 manufacturers and designers. FT sensors can be found on turbines from the ice of the mid-West to the salty-storms of the North Sea and the dust of Mongolia.

Customers tell us the sensor has the best combination of accuracy and strength. The sensor delivers over 99.9% data availability and so keeps turbines running better for longer. It has been designed for life on top of a turbine. Our patented Acu-Res® technology ensures the sensor keeps on working in rain, ice, snow, lightning and whatever else gets thrown at it on a turbine.

We’re not stopping yet. We are working on more developments to make the sensor even tougher and more reliable.
