Though things are still not going well in the U.S. offshore industry, orders are trickling in. Siemens Gamesa, e.g. has just unveiled its 14 MW turbine for an American wind farm.

"Iberdrola plans to invest between 3 and 4 billion euros in the next four years to continue to grow in the renewable energy sector" both in onshore and offshore wind, as well as in solar, says Iberdrola chairman Ignacio Galán.
